Your's is a similar situation to what mine was. I too, found Firefox to be slow and crashed an awful lot, still does when I try out stuff to see how it renders :ermm: 
So I switched to Opera, I really do like it.

In the search box, type &lt;em&gt;new page&lt;/em&gt;. In any of the top results, double-click the shortcut (such as &lt;em&gt;alt n&lt;/em&gt; or something), then enter &lt;em&gt;ctrt t&lt;/em&gt; or the same thing the other way around. Exit it all and it changes it.

See, I couldn't be bothered to learn a new keyboard shortcut too :P</description>
